Huge win for Netherlands who are right back in the thick of things in this UEFA Nations League group. Germany had chances in the second half, but they wasted them and then gave the Dutch chances of their own. Some serious questions will be asked of Low after this result.

- End of 2nd Half
FULL TIME: Netherlands 3-0 Germany
- GoalGeorginio WijnaldumNetherlands
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Netherlands 3 (92 mins - Georginio Wijnaldum) Germany 0. It's three for the Dutch! What an emphatic victory! Germany give the ball away and Wijnaldum goes past two defenders to finish into the far corner of the net! What a goal from the midfielder! What a moment!
Off the crossbar! Depay was clean through after Germany tried to play him offside. But the Lyon winger smashes his effort off the crossbar! Close to a third for the Netherlands.
Three minutes of stoppage time to be played at the end of the match.
Netherlands have had to wait a long time for a home win over Germany, but they are just minutes away from celebrating one here. They have taken their chances, in contrast to the Germans.
As things stand, Germany are heading for their fifth defeat in their last nine matches. Low has some questions to answer. They should have taken their chances this evening.
- GoalMemphis DepayNetherlands
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Netherlands 2 (87 mins - Memphis Depay) Germany 0. That's the goal that should seal it! Germany give the ball away in the middle of the park, get caught out on the counter attack with the ball played across the box for Depay, who takes two touches before finishing.
For the first time in a while, the Dutch have the ball and are now just looking to pass out this game. However, this is a risky game at the back when Germany are pressing so high.
Really? A Mexican Wave at this time? With your team on the brink of their first home win over their closest rivals for 22 years? Not sure I can get behind that, Netherlands.
The changes have certainly given Germany more potency in the final third, but they are still lacking that final product. Is there an equaliser left in this match for the 2014 world champions?
Chaos in the Dutch box! A few things to run through - first Werner's shot was blocked. Then there was a penalty claim on Ginter. And finally Werner is called offside after being played through.
Wijnaldum could have finished it off! Depay holds up the ball and plays it wide to Wijnaldum. He decides to take the shot first time, but scoops his shot well over the bar.
That change from Koeman suggests that Netherlands will attempt to shut up shop and play a bit more conservatively over the final 10 minutes of this match. This would be a big result.
- OffFrenkie de JongNetherlands
- OnNathan AkéNetherlands
De Jong comes off and gets a standing ovation from his home fans at the Johan Cruyff Arena.
Depay on the counter! The Lyon winger chases down what looked like a lost cause, wins the ball and sends a left-footed shot towards goal. But Neuer reads it and makes the save!
Kroos freekick! Germany had players up from the back for the freekick, but Kroos takes aim from a long, long way out and sends his bouncing shot comfortably wide of the near post.
It could be argued that Netherlands had the better of the first half, but Germany have certainly taken a grip of things in the second half. They have wasted so many chances.
Sane has certainly given Germany more of a threat in the final third, but all that's lacking is the final product. Can Low's side find an equaliser here? They probably deserve one.
Draxler over! That was exceptional technique from Draxler! The ball was played out to him on the left side, but his first time volley flies up and over the Netherlands crossbar.
- OffMark UthGermany
- OnJulian BrandtGermany
And now Germany make their third and final change with Brandt coming on for the last 20 minutes.
- OffRyan BabelNetherlands
- OnArnaut Danjuma GroeneveldNetherlands
The second change sees Groeneveld come on for Oranje. Can Holland see this out?
- OffSteven BergwijnNetherlands
- OnQuincy PromesNetherlands
The first change for the Dutch sees Promes come on for Babel, who played very well.
Koeman needs to freshen things up here. The Dutch are starting to look leggy. Some fresh legs are required and indeed, it looks like a couple changes will be made very soon.
This has been a dreadful demonstration of finishing from Germany so far. They have had the better of the opportunities, but have spurned every single one that has come their way.
Sane should score! A golden opportunity for the Man City winger. Kimmich's pass opened up the Dutch defence, but clean through Sane managed to shoot wide of the target.
Sane has given Germany more of an outlet in the wide areas which is stretching the pitch. Low is counting on this to open up some more space in the final third to exploit.
You just get the feeling that Germany are starting to crank up the pressure on the home side. They are the ones in control of the ball. The problem is that they are creating little.
Holland had the chance to break in behind the Germany defence, but Dumfries' pass was telegraphed and the interception was made. A rare mistake from the debutant.
The game has just fallen flat for a moment. Some of that is down to the disruption caused by the double change made by Germany, but now the fans are picking up the noise again.
Muller had chances, but spurned those opportunities quite badly. It's a shame to see such a talented player in this rut. Things just aren't going his way for both club and country.
- OffEmre CanGermany
- OnJulian DraxlerGermany
And a second change is made by Germany, with Draxler coming on for Can.
- OffThomas MüllerGermany
- OnLeroy SanéGermany
Low makes his first change and Sane comes on for Muller.
Depay skill! Well, that was entertaining from the former Manchester United winger. He tried to cross with a Rabona, but Germany manage to defend. That was a chance for the Dutch.
The sight of Babel in a Netherlands shirt at this stage of his career might have been surprising to some, but to be fair to him, he has been excellent. Babel has played really well.
Hummels header! That might have been heading towards the back of the net! The centre back's header from a corner kick was a good one, but the clearance was made by Babel!
Neuer save! That was a decent strike from Dumfries from outside the box. It was probably flying wide of the target, but Neuer takes no chances with the save, out for a corner.
Muller should do better! Once again, Muller loses Blind, but he gets his feet in a mess and mucks up his finish. The 29-year-old is really struggling for form at the moment!
- 2nd Half
The second half is under way! Netherlands have a 1-0 lead over Germany.
What did you make of the first half at the Johan Cruyff Arena? Are the Dutch good value for their lead? Does Low need to make changes to his Germany team? Tweet me!
- End of 1st Half
HALF TIME: Netherlands 1-0 Germany. A good half for the Dutch, but might Koeman be concerned that they only have a 1-0 lead given how poorly Germany have played so far?
The Dutch have got better as this first half has progressed, but there's still time for Germany to find an equaliser before the interval. It's Netherlands who look more likely to score another, though.
Depay gets the shot away! Wijnaldum fizzes a pass into the feet of Depay, who loses his man on the edge of the box. But he toe pokes an effort wide when a pass might have been the better option.
Depay has given Germany all sorts of problems in this first half. The winger has revived his career since flopping at Manchester United. He has been excellent for Lyon recently.
So far it seems that Netherlands have a bit more of an edge to both their play and mindset. They know that they really need to win this game to win their Nations League group.
Netherlands need to keep things tight at the back. They have been slack over the course of this first half and are lucky that Germany haven't made them pay for it.
What a chance! That should have been the equaliser for Germany. Netherlands were sleeping at the back, with Muller allowed through, but his shot only finds the side netting!
Strike... wide! Some lovely play from Netherlands sets up the shooting chance for Wijnaldum 25 yards out, but the Liverpool midfielder drags his shot slightly and it flies wide.
There's a spring to Netherlands' step at the moment. Germany look extremely vulnerable at the back. There's a few more goals left in this game. There will be more drama.
How did that stay out?! Dumfries puts in a wicked low cross to the back post where Babel was ready to knock into the net, but Ginter's slide clearance puts it away for a corner. Wow!
There are plenty who believe Low should have left as Germany manager after the World Cup in the summer. A defeat here would only add to the argument that new ideas were needed.
The trouble for Germany for that goal came from Neuer flapping and misjudging the corner kick delivery into the box. That gave Holland the chance through Babel and Van Dijk.
Germany have seen more of the ball, but the Dutch have looked dangerous when they have attacked. How will the 2014 world champions respond? This will be a test for them.
- GoalVirgil van DijkNetherlands
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Netherlands 1 (29 mins - Virgil Van Dijk) Germany 0. It's the Dutch that have the lead! Neuer misjudges the corner kick, Babel smashes a header against the crossbar and Van Dijk was on hand to head home into the empty net! His second goal for Oranje!
Werner has looked very lively over the early exchanges of this match. The RB Leipzig striker has drifted out to the left and that is causing some confusion between De Ligt and Van Dijk.
The home fans aren't happy. The referee gives the freekick to Germany despite the fact that Kimmich looked to be fouling Dumfries well before he was fouled. Questionable call.
That was messy from Germany, who somehow contrive to give away a corner when they had the ball comfortably in their own half. There was pressure from Depay, to be fair.
De Ligt header! The young Ajex centre back gets on the end of a freekick delivery into the Germany penalty area, but his glancing header is easy for Neuer to gather first time.
Dutch exposed! This has turned into a very open game all of a sudden. This time it's Uth who takes aim from outside the box, but Cillessen makes the comfortable save on the dive.
Brilliant save! Germany are cranking up the pressure. This time Kroos plays the ball back for Muller, who takes aim from eight yards out. Cillessen makes an excellent save, though.
Werner wide! That's the first real sight of goal either side have had! Werner gets away from Van Dijk and bursts through on goal. Cillessen comes out of goal and Werner skews his shot wide.
Can gets a warning from the referee for a foul on De Jong in the centre of the pitch. That will be a final warning for the Juventus midfielder. Next time it will be a booking.
This Dutch side has so much in the way of young talent. We've already mentioned De Ligt, but they also have De Jong, the central midfielder seemingly on his way to Barcelona.
The pattern of this game has been established, even at this early stage. Germany are dominating the possession, but Netherlands look very dangerous on the break when they have the ball.
Chance! The space opened up for Netherlands there as Depay threaded a pass through for Bergwijn, but Germany did just enough to smother the attacker as he looked to burst through.
What a partnership Van Dijk and De Ligt could be for the Dutch for years to come. We all know how good Van Dijk is, but De Ligt is attracting attention from the likes of Barcelona and Spurs.
Germany are the ones on the front foot early on in this match. The game is being played at quite a high pace and Van Dijk is berating some of his teammates for allowing too much space.
That was decent play from Werner, who created space for the cross. However, Van Dijk comes across to make the block from the RB Leipzig attacker. He looks lively early on here.
There are also questions over this Germany team following their disastrous World Cup in the summer. For the first time in a while, Low and his players have a point to prove.
Good ball through! Neuer was very quickly off his line to smother the ball before it could reach Depay, who had made the run beyond the Germany defence. Nice idea from the Dutch.
The onus will be on the home side here. Netherlands lost their opening Nations League game to France, so they really need a win here against Germany if they are to win this group.
- 1st Half
Here we go! The match is under way! It's Netherlands against Germany in the UEFA Nations League!
The anthems are done, so are the handshakes. Let's have some Nations League action, shall we?
The Naaaations League! Gotta love that Champions League anthem rip off.
Not long until kick off at the Johan Cruyff Arena, as it is now called. Players lining up in the tunnel ready to watch out on to the pitch in Amsterdam. This should be a cracker.
This is a real blockbuster of a UEFA Nations League match. Both teams will take this seriously, particularly the Dutch who have failed to qualify for the past two major tournaments.
Promise! This Dutch team is full of young stars like De Ligt and De Jong, but do they have enough in the final third to harm Germany? They have Babel leading the line, after all...
I'm Graham Ruthven and you can catch me on Twitter ahead of the game to let me know your thoughts. Will Uth be good enough to make the difference for Germany in the final third?
Kimmich in midfield! Uth has been handed his debut for Germany this evening. Kimmich is also being played in central midfield again. Is that a long term solution for Low?
