DATES

The inaugural Nations League runs from 5 to 9 June 2019 in Portugal.

WHY ARE PORTUGAL HOSTS?

Only League A teams could apply to host the tournament. In March 2018, Poland, Portugal and Italy registered an interest to host the finals. However, only qualified teams were eligible to host the finals. Therefore, on December 3 in Dublin, the UEFA Executive Committee ratified Portugal as hosts.

WHO ARE THE TEAMS?

Will be contested by the four group winners of Nations League A.
  • Group 1 winner: The Netherlands
  • Group 2 winner: Switzerland
  • Group 3 winner: Portugal
  • Group 4 winner: England
