The two nations aren't on the friendliest of footballing terms and there was a notable flashpoint in the 1-0 win for USA in Tennessee overnight.

USA defender Matt Miazga - technically still a Chelsea player despite going on loan for a third season in a row - became involved in a row with Mexico's teenage forward Diego Lainez.

And decided to have a pop at his height.
