Hayes is shaking hands with every single member of the Bayern camp. What a result. Chelsea are into the Women's Champions League final - the first English team since Arsenal in 2007, when it was still the UEFA Cup.
Fran Kirby is wreathed in smiles, Pernille Harder looks so blase, and Emma Hayes is still sobbing!
FULL TIME. The whistle blows, Emma Hayes is in tears.
GOAL! Chelsea are THROUGH. The Bayern corner pings across the box, Carter gets it out, and Fran Kirby FINISHES IT BY SLOTTING HOME INTO AN EMPTY NET.
CLOSE! And that's Asseyi with the header downwards at the back post and it takes a deflection off Eriksson's thigh. One last chance.
Emma Hayes tells her players to get it in the corner and stand on it. Old school!
Pernille Harder walks off to be replaced by Drew Spence.
Three minutes of added time, and Laura Benkarth is up in the box as Bayern desperately seek that goal.
ERIKSSON KEEPS IT OUT. Massive scramble as Bayern chase a goal, and it's Eriksson putting herself on the line to block the shot.
WHAT A CHANCE. Sam Kerr on the break and has the entire goal to aim at, and she sends it wide.
And there's Erin Cuthbert, on in place of Mel Leupolz.
Ilestedt makes way for the legendary Simone Laudehr.
What a match this has been. Can Chelsea see out the last six minutes?
GOAL! AND THAT'S PUT CHELSEA AHEAD! On the day and in the tie! Carter puts the free kick in and Harder's head just sends it delicately into the net.
Oh that's a NASTY challenge from Beerensteyn on Carter, foot is high.
Kirby and Harder combine on the break but the ball in doesn't reach Kerr - it's out for a corner courtesy of Wenninger.
Ten minutes to go, and as it stands, we are still entirely level. Is there another goal in normal time?
Wenninger and Asseyi are on for the injured Simon and Lojmann.
Leupolz leaps in front of Benkarth as the free kick comes in, and the goalkeeper gets the decision in her favour.
That was a very late challenge from Simon. Deserved yellow card.
Nasty collison on the right wing - Kerr is holding her right foot, Simon is rolling on the floor (and gets booked nonetheless).
Pernille Harder races down the right and it drops to Sophie Ingle at the edge of the box, probably not the player she'd have hoped to be there.
Dahlmann is looking very lively in her first touches of the ball.

Dahlmann replaces Schuller.
Kirby lashes in a cross to the back post, just beyond the head of Harder.
Millie Bright hasn't been massively involved so far today, she's on the ball here as she looks to start something from the back.
Poor ball in to the box from Sam Kerr, easily cleared by Zadrazil.
Easy ball for Benkarth to gather from Ji. Lohmann is finally back on the pitch.
Lohmann's getting some running repairs after taking a smack in the face, Bayern play on with ten.
Magull swings it in but Ann-Katrin Berger collects crosses like that all day.
A couple of players on the floor, a foul given against Carter for bundling over Zadrazil, but Kirby is on the ground from a previous phase of play.
Bayern get us off and running in the second half. At the moment, extra-time awaits us.
HALF-TIME - Chelsea 2-1 Bayern. No added time and we are absolutely level in this Champions League semi-final - 3-3 on aggregate.
- GoalSo-Yun JiChelsea
GOAL! And it's Ji So-Yun who strikes it home! Her initial free kick hit the wall, but it pinged back to her and it skidded through the area into the net.
Kirby is caught on the shin just on the edge of the box - it's a free kick to Chelsea and a yellow card for Magull.
CHANCE! Beerensteyn robs Leupolz, and sets Schuller free, but the Bayern top scorer fires wide.
Ji definitely does fall over the Bayern player's feet but not sure that's a penalty.
NO PENALTY! The referee immediately waves away Ji's claim of being tripped.
Bayern are pushing forward now, with the pressure on the full backs Charles and Carter.
Emma Hayes is shouting at her players to just keep going. This has been a really good, open match so far.
- GoalSarah ZadrazilFC Bayern München
GOAL! WHAT A SHOT! Short corner for Bayern falls to Zadrazil ten yards beyond the edge of the box and she sends an absolute rocket into the roof of the net.
Another effort from Kirby, who's trying to curl one left-footed into the top corner.
Good run down the right from Glas, and Niamh Charles ushers it out for a corner.
Carter swings in another corner, which falls to Eriksson, and Kerr seems to have taken a boot to the instep or similar, she's limping around.
CHANCE! Beerensteyn can't clear and the ball ends up at the feet of Leupolz, but she fires wide.
CLOSE! Chance for Beerensteyn there, left totally unmarked in the middle - Carter comes across to block and the Bayern player should have done better.
Sophie Ingle's having a dig from range as well now. This is a very free-flowing match so far.
That really was lovely.
- GoalFrancesca KirbyChelsea
GOAL! It's the Kirby-Kerr combo! Kirby plays it wide to the Aussie, and keeps running into the box; Kerr places it back at her feet and she slides it home.
Harder scythes in from the left and shoots on her right, but that effort is from distance and always rising.
Magull floats in a free kick from the left but that's easy for Ann-Katrin Berger to claim.
Kirby tries to dink a ball over the top but Pernille Harder is wrong-footed.
There are big gaps opening up in the Chelsea defence, and Buhl has almost too much time and space before her shot is blocked.
Carter swings it in towards Leupolz who can't get a shot away.
Kirby on her first run of the afternoon down the right, cuts it back to Ji, who plays it towards Harder at the back post. Ilestedt crashes in to her and it's a corner.
Ji gets the match under way.
The players are filing out on to the pitch.
Hayes says it's vital to have Magda Eriksson back today, and says she's confident that Niamh Charles at left back will deliver.
"We're losing! It's 2-1, we need to score a goal - let's not complicate it!"
"I don't think it's about preparing the squad...this is why everyone comes to work, for days like this," says Emma Hayes. "We're here. It's been a long week waiting for it.
"We've worked a long time to be in the position we're in today. I'm certain they'll give everything they can. That's all I can ask from my group."
Captain Magda Eriksson is back for the Blues - that'll be a massive relief, they've really missed her.
TEAMS: Chelsea - Berger, Carter, Bright, Eriksson, Charles, Leupolz, Ingle, Ji, Kirby, Harder, Kerr.
Bayern - Benkarth, Ilestedt, Hegering, Glas, Beerensteyn, Zadrazil, Magull, Schuller, Simon, Buhl, Lohmann.
