For an hour it looked like Finland might be in the draw for the playoffs but Benzema's introduction and goals in Bosnia changed all that. Thanks for following the game with us,

Benzema takes a ball into the area and then plays to Digne who cuts back on the by-line but Hradecky gathers at the second attempt.

A nice cross from the left from Hamalainen which Digne puts behind at the far post.

Ukraine are now two goals ahead in Bosnia. Even an unlikely recovery for a draw will see Finland out of the World Cup.

Another great effort from Mbappe which Hradecky saves well diving to his right.

GOAL FOR FRANCE! Mbappe scores and it is quite a goal. Getting a pass just inside the Finland half, he races down the left flank skinning Vaisanen before turning his body goalwards at the edge of the box and curling an effort inside the far post.

Taylor coming on for Uronen for Finland.

Forss looked to be through on goal for a moment but Zouma put in a perfectly timed challenge.

GOAL FOR FRANCE! Benzema has put France in front. He played a one-two with Mbappe who backheeled into his path and then the Real Madrid striker's shot was deflected over the diving keeper by Vaelsaenen.

Forss now comes on for Finland for Schuller. Because Ukraine beat Finland in Reykjavik, the Finns will be out as things stand.

News in from Zenica and its not good for Finland. Ukraine are one-up through Zinchenko. As things stand they have the same points and goal difference,

Benzema immediately has a shot on target after a good move ended with Digne touching back to him on the edge of the box.,

Benzema and Coman come on for Kounde and Diaby. This could liven things up.

After a promising opening the game has slipped back into the lull reminiscent of the first half.

Finland coming out for the second half with intent and Uronen turns and shoots from 25 yards out but is a couple of yards wide of the target.

A drab half of football comes to an end. As things stand this will be enough to take Finland into the playoffs. The heat in the game might lift if Ukraine score in Bosnia.

Pukki turns on the edge of the box and shoots for the far corner with his left foot but Lloris comfortably saves.

Lod swings in a dangerous corner from the right which flicks the head of Scheuller before going wide of the far post.
