Full-time: It's all over and Portugal have survived a scare, coming from behind to win 3-1, a result that means Fernando Santos' side top Group A after three games.

Portugal sub: Neves makes way for Sergio Oliveira in the visitors' fourth change of the night.

Double Luxembourg sub: Murarovic and Skenderovic come on for Sinani and Martins.

Red card! Chanot is given his marching orders after blocking off the run of Sanches. It's a second booking and off he goes. Luxembourg down to 10.

It's not as bad as first feared as Neto returns to the action and looks fine to continue.

There's a concern over Neto here, who appears to have hurt his knee.

GOAL! Luxembourg 1-3 Portugal (Joao Palhinha): Job done for Portugal! Neto whips a corner to the near post and Palhinha grabs his side's third with a superb downward header.

How has Ronaldo not scored?! The Juve forward cannot quite believe his luck as Martins' blind pass sees him through one-on-one with the goalkeeper. But he's repelled not one but twice by Moris. And when Ronaldo finally does have the ball in the back of the net a moment later, he's flagged offside.

There are still 15 minutes remaining, but as it stands, Portugal will remain second, level on points with Serbia on seven.

A scare for Portugal! Lopes is almost caught out from Thill's free-kick delivery. He seems to misjudge the flight of the ball and has to backpedal to tip the ball over the bar.

Yellow card! Luxembourg string a lovely free-flowing move down the left flank. Dias isn't having any of it and commits the foul, earning himself a booking.

Double Portugal sub: Rafa Silva and Joao Palhinha come on for Jota and Bernardo.

Luxembourg sub: A third change from the hosts see Martins take the place of Pinto.

Luxembourg may have got caught a second wind as they come forward to win a corner. Rodrigues' deflected effort goes behind for yet another corner, which the hosts work short. Ultimately, though, it's a fruitless exercise.

There are one or two signs now that Luxembourg are beginning to tire.

Jota hits the bar! The Liverpool forward runs to the near post and connect with Sanches' corner delivery, but his looped effort bounces off the crossbar before Moris smothers the loose ball.

Double Luxembourg sub: Sebastien Thill replaces his brother, Olivier, while the other Thill sibling, Vincent, comes off for Deville.

Luxembourg chance! The hosts aren't out of this contest just yet, though, as Rodrigues sprints down the left and carves inside, shooting just wide of the near post.

Save on Mendes! On just his third cap, the full-back drives forward and almost puts Portugal out of sight after a nice pass from Sanches but he sees his low shot pushed away by Moris.
