Full-time: Spain are through to next year's World Cup! Sweden threw everything they had at the hosts but La Roja defended resiliently and rode their luck at times, securing all three points at the death courtesy of substitute Alvaro Morata's cool finish. Sweden now have an agonising wait to discover their opponents in the playoffs!
