Real Madrid duo Dani Carvajal and Lucas Vazquez both start for Spain in their World Cup group match against Iran on Wednesday.
Carvajal, 26, was not risked for the opening match against Portugal as he was still recovering from a hamstring injury he suffered in the Champions League final.
He comes in to replace Nacho for the Iran game as coach Fernando Hierro looks for a more attacking full-back, despite the incredible goal that Carvajal's team-mate scored against the Portuguese.
In another attacking change Vazquez replaces Koke as he joins Isco and David Silva behind Diego Costa, with Andres Iniesta dropping deeper to partner Barca team-mate Sergio Busquets.
