FINAL LAP: Leclerc is 0.6 seconds from Bottas as the two battle for second. It's now 0.8 seconds, down to 0.6. Norris is now in 10th, failing down as he battles with his problems...
Vettel pits with a lap left, meaning he can be assured of fourth while he plays to take the fastest lap from Bottas.
A wee bit of drama down in P9 with the race closing in. Ricciardo is after Norris, too.
Verstappen claims his tires are 'pretty ****ed', and you can use your imagination. That's right, he said 'broken'.
A marshal sprints on to claim the bollard and the virtual safety car is withdrawn, allowing the cars to go back onto full throttle.
A bollard has come onto the track, and as it rolls across a yellow flag is out for sector 1. A virtual safety car is on.
Hamilton is warned that Norris has problems and to be careful as he attempts to lap him. Ricciardo has been lapped too, which helps Norris maintain his own place ahead of him.
Hamilton has six laps to go, and with problems with his tires, he will be happy to manage his 14 second lead. Bottas has the fastest lap, but he was told earlier not to push himself to challenge for that.
Grosjean is being told to come in and retire after a problem with his car - a race to forget, for him.

Vettel is told to keep pushing from P5, something his team call 'Plan F'.
Norris - having told his team he could go faster - tells his team that he has hydraulics problems that give him upshifts. If you know what an upshift is, please do tell me at @lxndrnthrtn. His team tell him to be careful as there's little to be done to mitigate it as yet.
Hamilton tells his team that there are blisters on his front tires, and he's told in response that they expect it to clear up as he drives.
It's now up to 13.2.
This is not the most eventful GP I've ever seen. Norris complains he is stuck behind Sainz, with Sainz in seventh.
Correction - Hulkenberg is now pitting, and he is attempting to come out ahead of Raikkonen, but fails.
Hamilton tells his team that the tires aren't as comfortable or effective as the last set - he says that as he cruises to likely victory, mind.
Hulkenberg has undertaken Stroll, and has been told to get a move on with his new tires.
Fastest lap is back with Hamilton now. And here is a mildly amusing exchange at Ferrari.
ALBON MOVES INTO SIXTEENTH.
Bottas now has added almost a second back to his advantage over Leclerc, up to almost four seconds, and now holds the fastest lap.
Hamilton will take the bonus point for now, as the fastest lap holder. Leclerc is just three seconds behind Bottas at the moment, suggesting their may be a challenge at some point for second place.
Hamilton has pitted now, done in just 2.2 seconds, a very swift change. He is able to come out ahead of Vettel and Bottas.
Bottas is in, in order to try to keep him ahead of Vettel - but he is replaced by the Ferrari man.
Verstappen complains again about his throttle, and Hamilton confirms that his tires are currently serving him well - that might allow him to stretch to a one-stop strategy.
Leclerc is done in just 2.7 seconds.
Ferrari have told Vettel to stay out as long as possible, meaning Ferrari will bring in Leclerc first.
Verstappen has pitted. That gives Vettel and Leclerc the chance to pull away and consolidate a 3-4 for Ferrari.

The wave of pitstops has begun.
Hamilton is now the fastest man on the track. He has an almost four second lead over Bottas.
Hamilton has reported a problem with his seat, but there's no detail about what is wrong with it exactly.
Vettel now has the fastest lap of the race, as he tries to cut the gap on Verstappen in fourth.
Stroll has moved by Magnussen, so Stroll is up to 13th now.

Sainz's tires are starting to grain in the French canicule - tire management could be a problem for all the drivers today.
Perez gets a five-second penalty for gaining an advantage by leaving the track.
Sergio Perez is under investigation for an incident on the first lap. He's in 12th.
Vettel is still in fifth.
giovinazzi comes in for a quick pit stop, he's down in 20th now.
Vettel is up into sixth, and Ferrari believe they have his car set up well enough to claim a podium place.
Hamilton is again in possession of the fastest lap - and there's no time penalty for Verstappen.
Vettel is now 10 seconds off the lead as the pack spreads out.
I think Max Verstappen may be due a time penalty, but I'll wait for that to be confirmed. However, either way, he is reporting a problem with his engine.
Verstappen has kept fourth. Vettell is still in sevent, and Sainz has moved up into fifth over Norris.
The Mercedes get away well, Hamilton pulls away. Sainz and Verstappen fight it out, Leclrec in third. No big incidents at the off.
