And the Swiss athlete replicated that same performance in the final to finish well ahead of her Swiss Olympic gold medal winning compatriot.
German Winter Olympic veteran Kea Kuehnel claimed the bronze medal ahead of Canada's Elena Gaskell.
In the men's event no-one could stop 18-year-old Norwegian Big Air skier Birk Ruud from claiming his first World Cup gold medal since March 2017.
The 2016 Youth Winter Games champion narrowly edged out American Alex Hall into second place with a score of 178.25 to top the rankings.
