The duo claimed first place ahead of Austrian's Peter Penz and Georg Fischler, winning by just over a quarter of a second, with fellow Germans Robin Johannes Geueke and David Gamm coming in third on home turf.
Eggert and Benecken are in impressive form and haven't yet been defeated in a single heat of a full-length doubles race this season.
The German duo have a 70-point lead in the overall standings over fellow countrymen Tobias Wendl and Tobias Arlt, but Benecken, overall winner of the Viessman World Cup in 2015 and 2017, is still looking for improvements.
"We still aren't exactly where we want to be as we get closer to the Winter Games," said Benecken.
"We can still raise our game – both in terms of equipment and athletic performance.
"We have a few more goals. In terms of driving, I think we're very stable and solid. We don't crash as a result of small mistakes."
Eggert and Benecken finished with a time of 1:23.539, whilst Wendl and Arlt claimed fourth place with 1:23.994 and Latvian's Oskars Gudramovics and Peter Kalnins finished in fifth.
