Subjecting yourself to the torment of being knocked out by a professional MMA fighter is something you should only do if you're.. an MMA fighter.

Soccer mom takes on MMA fighter

What happens when you put a "soccer mom" and a pro MMA fighter in the same ring?
Well, that's exactly how the match up between Katie Castro and debuting Ilima-Lei MacFarlene unfolded in January of this year.
Castro has been given the label "soccer mom" after being knocked out in less than 10 seconds during their gut-wrenching Xplode Fight Series duel.
According to Xplode owner Gregg Sharp, Castro is a legitimate, professional MMA fighter who currently has a record of 0-3, but judging by the video above you have to question whether she's had any training at all.
"Katie has worked with us three times and has never complained and has always been a terrific and gracious fighter even in defeat. But after 3 losses we cannot ask her to compete with us, even last minute, unless we are sure that she has been training and can compete with some effective skill set", said Sharp.
