Simon and Elias celebrate their results in front of the Spanish crowd, but it's an Italian who claims this one. Iannone has seen chances for big points come and go, but not today - he won in style.

21/21

Iannone picks up a flag dedicated to Shoya Tomizawa - all the riders united in memory to the Japanese who lost his life in the last round. A touching gesture after a tough race.

21/21

Simon holds on! Tamasci takes the final podium spot! Elias fourth - Corsi fifth!

21/21

Iannone wins!

20/21

Can Talmasci make it a 1-2 for Fimmco?

20/21

Iannone is cruising to the most imperious of victories. He's not been troubled for a moment.

20/21

Just a second between Talmasci and Elias on the last lap. Talmasci is closing back in on Simon...

19/21

Simon's second place should see him hold off Iannone in the title race and retain second spot. Elias will be pleased with fourth given his starting point.

19/21

Talmasci has fallen off the back of Simon here, but Elias isn't closing as quickly as he would like.

18/21

Less than a second between Elias and Talmasci - but Corsi is giving Elias something to think about by keeping on the Spaniard's tail.

17/21

Iannone just has to avoid falling off his bike to win his third race of the season. He leads by 10 seconds.

17/21

Elias was half a second quicker than Talmasci on that lap too - we could still have a very exciting finish.

16/21

Elias is lining up Corsi here - and the crowd love the move which takes him past on the back straight!

16/21

Aegerter closes in on Cluzel, who's spent a long time this race in Elias' slipstream.

16/21

With five laps to go: Iannone leads from Simon, then Talmasci, Corsi, Elias, Cluzel.

16/21

Talmasci is stalking Simon here, looking comfortable. The Fimmco Speed Up team are doing a great job here at Aragon so far.

15/21

Is Corsi struggling? He's just lost eight tenths of a second to Elias and dropped off the pair of Simon and Talmasci.

14/21

Axel Pons skids off the track and his race is over! He was lagging low down in the field.

14/21

Iannone now more than 8 seconds clear of the field.

14/21

Or are they? Elias pulls out half a second there to bring their advantage back down to 2.5 seconds.

13/21

Elias is not closing on the battle at the moment - these three are fighting amongst themselves quite happily.

13/21

And now Talmasci gets by Corsi at turn 7 - he's finally made his move stick!

12/21

Scott Redding slides down to 8th after Aegerter gets by.

12/21

Simon reclaims his second place on the back straight! Something tells me that's not the end of the story.

11/21

Error from Simon, and Corsi nips by to take second! Talmasci has a look as well but Simon protects third place from him.

11/21

So just over halfway - it looks as if Iannone has built an insurmountable lead - 6.2 seconds at the moment. Elias is closing on the three car battle for second.

10/21

Talmasci has a look down the inside of Corsi - but he's given short shrift.

10/21

Pasini, one of the men who needed a little attention after the turn one crash, is sitting in the garage and looking healthy.

9/21

The gap between Iannone and Simon keeps growing - 4.4 seconds now. He's doing a great job so far.

9/21

The race for 2nd is still very much alive, even if the positions haven't swapped around - Talmasci and Corsi are waiting patiently here. Elias only 1.5 seconds back.

9/21

Luthi gets ahead of Corti for 9th place!

8/21

Luthi is making good progress through the field too and he's challenging Corti here...

7/21

Iannone is still riding immaculately, enjoying a healthy lead at the front. He has three seconds of gap, and now needs to watch his tyres.

7/21

Cluzel is hanging on to the back of Elias' bike - it's a good place to be as the Spaniard keeps going.

6/21

Elias is through to fifth and is scything through this field! He couldn't... could he?

6/21

Alex de Angelis has crashed out of the race!

6/21

Simon under good, steady pressure from Corsi - and Talmasci sitting threateningly behind him. 2nd, 3rd and 4th are all in a battle here.

5/21

Elias is testing Cluzel's defence here - how long can the Frenchman hold on?

5/21

Iannone in plenty of space in front, pulling another half a second away from Simon on the previous lap. It's a two second advantage.

4/21

Elias through to 7th when Redding goes wide - and there's still plenty of time for the Spaniard to go further up the field.

4/21

Elias skips past Aegerter - next up is Redding!

4/21

Top six: Iannone, Simon, Crosi, Talmasci, Cluzel, Redding

3/21

Toni Elias is making good progress too - he's up to 11th now - and the reason he dropped at the beginning was that he was knocked in that opening lap crash!

3/21

Redding has gone backwards - he's fourth - and now fifth as Cluzel slips past him.

3/21

Iannone going well at the head of the field - he's building a lead here.

2/21

Coghlan's race was indeed over before it began.

2/21

Elias has slipped from 12th to 14th so far! Poor start from the championship leader!

1/21

The track is clear at turn one, and there'll be no need for the stewards to send out a safety car.

1/21

One rider still down - they doctors are looking carefully at him.

1/21

... but four riders crash! None look to be hurt too seriously.

1/21

Iannone gets a good start and leads...

1/21

Away we go!

-

Disaster for Kev Coghlan - he's had to come into the pits with a problem - we'll watch that and let you know if he can race...

-

They're nearly ready to go...

-

This race will be 21 laps long - and the riders are already beginning their warm-up lap.

-

Andrea Iannone produced a terrific ride to snatch pole position, but a word for Scott Redding - he was hospitalised after being injured in the crash that killed Shoya Tomizawa last time out in San Marino, and he rode magnificently yesterday to take second place.

-

In Moto2 Toni Elias is head and shoulders above the field so far this year - he's won six races and his last four. But things aren't so straightforward today for the Spaniard... He's qualified 12th.

-

Morning everyone, and welcome to LIVE updates of the Moto2 race from Aragon.
