Britwatch: Andrew Musgrave battles hard

In a tough day for the Brits Andrew Musgrave had to battle hard to secure an impressive seventh-place finish.

At one stage Musgrave was as high as second but the Norwegians were too strong in the final stages as they completed an impressive top three finish.

The women’s slopestyle qualification event was cancelled so Britain’s Aimee Fuller went straight into the final which will take place at 01:00 on Monday morning.

In the men’s singles in the luge Rupert Staudinger rode well in his first Olympics but he failed to make the cut-off for the final heat.

Adam “AJ” Rosen pushed hard in his run but he finished 22nd, narrowly missing out for the cut-off for the Top 20.
