We know it’s a big change, so here are some key pointers if you need assistance:

No. You don’t need to subscribe to Eurosport Player to access regular Eurosport.com features. You will only be asked to subscribe to access our premium videos.

If you are already logged into your Eurosport Player account, you only need to click the video and it will start playing. If you’re not already logged in, a pop-up window will ask you for your credentials. Please enter the same email address and password you use for your Eurosport Player account.

To access live videos, you must be a Eurosport Player subscriber. You need to create an account by visiting Eurosport Player and signing up. Then return to eurosport.com and log in with your new credentials. You will be prompted to do this if you click on any video on the site that has the Eurosport Player logo on it. The logo means the content is only available for Eurosport Player subscribers.

Your Eurosport.com account allows you to comment on news stories on Eurosport.com only. Premium videos are available to Eurosport Player subscribers as part of our paid-for service.
