WIGGO LAUDS KENNY.
You don't give Jason that much space at the front. Once he got a sniff and went clear, he left them for dead. What a way to win your seventh Olympic gold medal! Absolutely fantastic. There is no-one more deserving of that crown than Jason Kenny. He's been smiling all afternoon on the rollers, he's looked really laid back and relaxed, and it's just fantastic.
04.13
BOOM! Take a bow, and get ready for a knighthood 'Sir' Jason Kenny.
04.10
HISTORY MAKER! Kenny has moved past Chris Hoy's haul of six golds with his seventh Olympic title. He also nudges beyond Wiggins' overall tally of eight with a ninth.
Incidentally, Mohd Azizulhasni Awang was a distant silver with Harrie Lavreysen taking bronze.

GOLD FOR JASON KENNY! HE RETAINS HIS CROWN!
Incredible. What a ride!
04.04
KENNY'S GONE! There's two laps to go and Jason is miles ahead.
04.02
KENNY TO BE KEIRIN KING? The eight-time Olympic medallist is about to race in the Tokyo 2020 men's final. Come on, Jason!
04.00
CLOSE! Carlin turns on the after-burners in the final straight to take second spot in the race and eighth overall in the men's Keirin.
Japan's Wakimoto crossed the line first.
03.58
CARLIN CONSOLATION? Jack is now competing in the 7-12 Keirin final. He can't bag a medal but will want to finish off Tokyo 2020 on some sort of positive note.

GOLD MEDAL ALERT. Canada's Kelsey Mitchell sees off Ukraine's Olena Starikova with two straight wins in the best of three sprint final.
Hong Kong's Lee Wai Sze took bronze by defeating Germany's Emma Hinze.
03.52
SEVENTH HEAVEN? The USA's women are bidding for a seventh straight gold in the basketball final. They were 23-14 ahead after the first quarter and are currently 30-23 up in the second.
03.50
KENNY IN NINTH. Laura is way off the podium at this stage. The Brit sits on 72 points.
Valente is in first on 110 with Kajihara two points behind in second. Norway's Stenberg is third on 92.
03.47
VALENTE OUT! The leader comes fourth. The American won't be too disappointed given where the likes of Kenny were eliminated.
Copponi of France wins the race with Japan's Kajihara second.
03.42
ANOTHER BIG NAME FALLS PREMATURELY. This time it's Holland's Wild. If Valente can finish well in this race she'll have a significant lead heading into the final points race.
03.40
KENNY WITH WORK TO DO. Laura has slipped towards the back of the pack. She can't seem to find a way to sneak back in and ends up 13th! She's OUT!
That sixth gold medal looks almost beyond her now. She'll need something very special from here.
03.35
FIRST RIDERS OUT! Belarus' Tatsiana Sharakova and Australia's Edmondson are the first two to be eliminated. The Aussie's departure is surprising at this stage.
03.32
ELIMINATION! It's the penultimate race in the women's Omnium. Laura Kenny loves this event. A trademark ride here would put her firmly on track for that sixth gold medal she's after.
03.28
OLYMPIC SPIRIT. There was a lovely moment in the Tokyo 2020 men's marathon earlier. Belgium's Bashir Abdi won bronze after fellow competitor Abdi Nageeye encouraged him to the line having taken silver.
