Hill missed the defeat at Worcester last weekend and is among a number of changes made by Sarries director of rugby Alan Gaffney (pictured) for what is their most important game of the season.
Other changes see prop Nick Lloyd, hooker Shane Byrne and openside flanker Paul Gustard all return to the starting line-up having been rested last weekend.
The only change in the backs sees Dan Scarbrough return on the wing, while PRA player of the year Glen Jackson continues to lead the line at fly-half.
Saracens go into the game as underdogs against a Gloucester side that finished top of the table in the regular season.
But Gaffney believes his team have already exceeded expectations in this campaign after placing fourth.
"Our goal this season was a top-six finish, but our dream goal was top four. We are euphoric about achieving that," Gaffney said.
"We are competing with the elite at this level now, and we always wanted to do that. We've got nothing to hide from Gloucester..
"I don't think anyone would have suggested we would make the top four this season - someone even suggested we would be relegated - so we are very happy, but we have got to try to move forward.
"We got bashed at Worcester last Saturday. We still tried to play rugby, even though our set-piece was under a bit of pressure, but we think we can compete down at Gloucester."
Bristol travel to hihg-flying Leicester in the other semi-final on Saturday.
