Bristol beat Leicester 30-13 at the Memorial Ground to set up an enthralling final day of Guinness Premiership action. Richard Hill's men moved into third spot and right back into playoff contention, whilst Leicester remain second and level on points wit

A faultless kicking display from Bristol fly-half Danny Gray and tries from Roy Winters and Scott Linklater won it for Bristol, despite twice being reduced to 14 men when Andrew Blowers and Joe El Abd were sin-binned in each half.
Leicester were briefly in it during the first half, but led only once through Ollie Smith's sixth minute try.
Pat Howard's side lined up dramatically different to the one that faced Llanelli in the Heineken Cup semi-final; 13 changes were made to his team and it showed.
Gray's third minute penalty was cancelled out immediately as Leicester centre Smith made the most of a not-so-frequent start by touching down for the Tigers. Ian Humphreys converted to put his side in the lead for the first and only time in the game.
Gray kicked another penalty and Bristol second row Winters then got over for a converted try to move Bristol in front, and a further three points from Gray moved the playoff-chasing West Country side into a 16-7 lead after 20 minutes.
Humphreys then missed two penalties - punctuated by Bristol number eight Blowers being sin-binned - before succeeding with his third attempt at goal on the stroke of half time.
Gray and Humphreys traded penalties early in the second half, and El Abd's yellow on the hour did little to help his side's quest.
Gray made sure that the numerical disadvantage was not capitalised on by Leicester as he added a further two penalties to put Bristol 25-13 up with ten minutes remaining, and Linklater made sure two minutes before the end with another try.
