Crisis club Stade Francais are safe from bankruptcy and will be allowed to play in the French Top 14 next season.

"Stade Francais are saved," outgoing club president Max Guazzini (pictured) announced on Monday after a hearing into the club's parlous financial state.

Thomas Savare has stepped in to replace Guazzini and will help Stade Francais after the proposed takeover by Canadian group Facem collapsed and led to the club filing a complaint for fraud.
