Kamil Stoch leads Poland to success on home slope

Poland leapt to victory in the team event of the ski jumping World Cup on home snow in Zakopane.

Led by Four Hills winner Kamil Stoch, the home team scored 1092 points on the day, enough to see them to victory by nearly 25 over closest rivals Germany.
Maciej Kot jumped 133 and 130m in his two jumps, while Stefan Hula went further with efforts of 136 and 135.5m.
Dawid Kubacki was further back on 128.5 and 133m, while Stoch was once again his nation's talisman with efforts of 134 and 141.5m.
No-one could get close to Stoch's second effort as he put the gloss on Poland's victory, with Norway coming in third on 1055.2 points.
Only the leading three teams broke the 1000-point barrier, with Austria next on 986.6 and Japan rounding out the top five with a combined total of 954.4.
The jumping continues on Sunday with the individual large hill in Zakopane.
