Ikuma Horishima has become a double world champion after winning a chaotic dual moguls final in Spain.
It seemed as though the Japanese skier had missed out on the chance when falling early against Brad Wilson.
But when the American too hit the snow shortly after, the pair dramatically locked horns once again, with victory set to head into Wilson's path as he crossed the line first, more than one second ahead of his counterpart.
But it was the tricks of Horishima that proved the difference, seeing him back up his men's moguls victory just 24 hours earlier.
Marco Tade of Switzerland took third place after edging out Sacha Theocharis in the third-place play-off in Sierra Nevada.
Spanish excitement wasn't done there though as Perrine Laffont become a dual moguls champion at just 18 years of age.
Already a silver medallist having taken individual honours on Wednesday, the French teenager was to pull out all the stops to go even better with a quite sensational effort in the final, defeating Yulia Galysheva of Kazakhstan in the final.
That started what is set to be an exceptional year for Laffont, adding an extra string to her bow with the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games rapidly approaching.
