Judd Trump came out on top in a terrific semi-final against Barry Hawkins, holding his nerve to win a final frame decider at the World Grand Prix.

A topsy-turvy affair saw Hawkins take an early two-frame lead featuring a gorgeous break of 92.

But Trump hit back with two fine breaks of his own to level the scores.

And the in-form pair then proceeded to alternate frames right through until the final stanza of the best-of-11 match.

A nervy, tactical opening to the decisive frame was finally brought to an end by Trump, and Hawkins didn't get another feel of the table.

Trump will face Ali Carter in Sunday's final.
