Mark Selby cruises past Mark Williams to seal semi-final spot at China Open

Mark Selby cantered past fellow former world champion Mark Williams with a 6-2 victory to reach the semi-finals of the China Open.

The world number one raced into a 4-1 lead and ended up wrapping up the win in comprehensive fashion.
The Jester knocked in two centuries, with breaks of 53, 136, 60 and 143 to close out a very impressive victory.
Selby, who can clinch the season-ending world number one ranking with victory at the tournament.
In the second completed quarter, Barry Hawkins edged out Tom Ford in a deciding frame to win 6-5.
In the third match of the day Neil Robertson was in blistering form as he demolished former world champion Stuart Bingham 6-0.
Robertson rolled in six consecutive breaks of 50 or more, including one century (143) as he set up a clash with Hawkins.
In a dramatic final session Kyren Wilson held his nerve to beat Jack Lisowski 6-5 and secure a semi-final match against Selby.
