Following up her win in Carezza yesterday, Ledecka beat Germany's Selina Joerg in the final with 0.89s to spare.
The small final saw Claudia Riegler beat Sabine Schoeffmann by 0.64s in the battle of the Austrians to claim the bronze medal.
Ledecka began her route to the final with a comfortable victory over Switzerland's Stefanie Mueller, before defeating another Swiss rider, Ladina Jenny, by 0.74s in the quarter-final.
She then edged past Schoeffmann by just 0.04s as Joerg had a more comfortable win over Riegler.
Ledecka now leads Joerg in the World Cup standings by nearly 1000 points, with the Czech rider on 2000, the German on 1060 and Ramona Theresia Hofmeister just 20 points behind in third.
In the men's event it was Alexander Payer who took the win, beating Italy's Roland Fischnaller by 0.61s in the final and France's Sylvain Dufour beat Switzerland's Nevin Galmarini to the bronze medal by 0.20s.
Payer beat Japan's Shinnosuke Kamino by 0.98s in the round of 16, before dispatching America's Aaron Muss in the quarter-final.
The Austrian then beat Galmarini by 0.32s in the semi-final as Dufour was defeated by Fischnaller.
That result leaves Galmarini top of the standings on 1300 points, with Fischnaller close behind on 1250 and Andrey Sobolev – winner in Carezza – a further 100 points back.
