Earning 168.50 points in Canada, Marino was 20 points clear of home favourite Laurie Blouin back in second.
Marino secured her crown with a smooth cab double underflip 900 and frontside 720.
The 20-year-old said: "It's really cool to see how many people came to watch us and support us. They blocked up the highway, so it's really cool.
"It's been real fun to drop into all of this. It was a smaller field of girls but it's still awesome to come out here and put down some runs and have a good time."
Belgium's Loranne Smans took the bronze with 137.75 points, clinching her first ever World Cup podium with a 720 frontside and backside 360 mute.
In the overall World Cup standings, Japan's Miyabi Onitsuka is the overall leader with 3260 points, Chloe Kim is second and Jiayu Liu is third.
In the men’s event, Max Parrot secured his sixth career triumph with an almost perfect 195.25 in front of his home crowd.
After bringing down a picture perfect frontside triple 1440, he also landed a backside triple 1620 to walk away with the winnings.
He said: "It feels amazing being in Quebec and riding, especially as all my family and friends are able to come here.
"They are cheering me all year long, and this is the only contest I can do back home. So, it was a must to come here and a must to show my best tricks. The goal was to put down a show for them, and it worked out."
Switzerland's Jonas Boesiger was 13 points back in second place with Parrot’s compatriot, Antoine Truchon taking third.
In the overall World Cup standings, America's Chris Corning is leading the way with Japan's Yuto Totsuka and in second and third respectively.
