Zan Kosir stormed to victory in the snowboard parallel giant slalom to pick up his first World Cup win of the season in PyeongChang.
The 2018 Olympic bronze medallist, who hadn't won a World Cup race since 2015, beat Austrian Lukas Mathies in the final after a series of excellent runs.
Kosir had beaten a second Austrian, Andreas Prommegger, in the semi-final, before Prommegger managed to fend off Italy's Aaron March to ensure third place.
The win moves the Slovenian up to ninth place in the overall standings after an underwhelming start to the World Cup season.
Current leader Benjamin Karl disappointed after being disqualified in the round of 16, while second-placed Roland Fischnaller suffered a narrow defeat against March in the quarter-finals.
