Jonathan Rea leads team-mate Tom Sykes following second practice at Misano.

The 30-year-old Northern Irishman, who trailed Kawasaki team-mate Sykes after first practice, stopped the clock at one minute 34.901 seconds.

The put him 0.030 seconds ahead of Sykes going into the weekend.

Rea leads the championship standings with 260 points after six rounds of racing. Sykes is second on 205, with Chaz Davies third on 185.
