Benjamin Proud was in fine form on Tuesday at the Commonwealth games as he won gold in the 50m freestyle.
Proud, 23, was the favourite going into the race having broken his own Commonwealth Games record in the heats when he clocked a time of 21.45 seconds.
And he smashed that in the final with a time of 21.35 seconds as he retained the title he won in Glasgow.
Earlier in the day, in the 400m freestyle, Holly Hibbott won silver and Ellie Faulkner took bronze.
