Adam Peaty breaks championship record as he wins 100m breaststroke

Adam Peaty broke the championship record with a time of 57:47s as he won the 100m breaststroke.
Peaty was pushing to break the world-record during the race but he fell agonisingly short.
However he still comfortably won to take gold in just under 58s seconds.
