Nick Kyrgios left Rafael Nadal seething after attempting an underarm serve during their dramatic match at ATP Acapulco, which the Australian won 3-6 7-6 7-6.

Kyrgios was attempting to save break points when he attempted the audacious underarm with Nadal way back from the baseline as normal.

Despite all the inspired play that led to the mercurial Australian beating Nadal, the underarm overshadowed all the great shots he produced.

The underarm only served to anger Nadal, even though it was unsuccessful, and Kyrgios' celebration at winning the match ramped up feelings further.

Cue, that handshake...

What a wild match.
