Polona Hercog also won the Samsung Open.
American teenager Amanda Anisimova took her first career WTA singles title as she rallied from a set down to beat Astra Sharma in the final of the Claro Open Colsanitas in Bogata.
Sixth-seed Anisimova looked to be facing defeat with Sharma two games away from victory at 6-4 4-4, but the 17-year-old dominated from that point on to secure a 4-6 6-4 6-1 win.
This was a battle between two potential future stars.
World number 76 Anisimova was playing in only her second WTA final after making the last two in Hiroshima last year, while the Australian Sharma, ranked 138th in the world, had not made it to a quarter-final prior to this week.
In Lugano, Polona Hercog ended a seven year wait for another WTA title with victory over rookie Iga Swiatek at the Samsung Open.
A contest between two unseeded players lasted more than two hours before Hercog triumphed 6-3 3-6 6-3.
Hercog won in Bastad in both 2011 and 2012 but had gone without a trophy since.
