Roger Federer and Serena Williams have committed to play in the Hopman Cup mixed teams event in December.

The legendary duo will be involved in the mixed event which takes place between December 29 and January 5 in Perth, Australia.

Team USA will take on Team Switzerland on New Year's Day in 2019 with 23-time Grand Slam champion Serena leading her team against 20-time Slam winner Federer's.
