That was extraordinary from Djokovic. He has still only lost one set at this tournament and he is beaming with pride at the display.
"I’m very delighted and I’m also delighted to see more fans on the Centre Court today," Djokovic says during his on-court interview. "Thank you for coming, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.
“My confidence level is very high obviously, after winning the French Open. It took a lot out of me, but it gave me the confidence boost I needed. My energy levels are really good.”

DJOKOVIC 6-2 6-4 6-2 GARIN: It’s all over on Centre Court as Novak Djokovic applauds the Wimbledon crowd and Cristian Garin retreats to the locker room. He’s the top seed and he looked every inch of it today as the Serbian ruthlessly brushed aside his Chilean opponent. Tougher tests await, but in this sort of form it’s going to take some performance to stop him making it 20 Grand Slams and counting.
DJOKOVIC 6-2 6-4 5-2 GARIN: A service hold means that Garin gets a chance to take to his seat and soak this all in for (probably) one last time this afternoon.
DJOKOVIC 6-2 6-4 5-1 GARIN: Novak is one game from the quarter-finals. This is all over bar the shouting.
DJOKOVIC 6-2 6-4 4-1 GARIN: Djokovic is ticking now and slams a forehand winner down the line to break to love.
DJOKOVIC 6-2 6-4 3-1 GARIN: Novak holds serve comfortably again as he edges closer to victory.
DJOKOVIC 6-2 6-4 2-1 GARIN: I think we can safely say this is the end of Garin’s Wimbledon today, but he’s played some nice tennis in patches and gets a warm round of applause from the Centre Court crowd as he holds.
DJOKOVIC 6-2 6-4 2-0 GARIN: It’s going to take something special to deny Djokovic his record-equaling 20th Grand Slam.
DJOKOVIC 6-2 6-4 1-0 GARIN: Novak wants to get this finished quickly. He breaks serve in the very first game of the third set.

We’ve already had a huge upset on ‘Manic Monday’ with Iga Swiatek crashing out the hands of the impressive Ons Jabeur.
DJOKOVIC 6-2 6-4 GARIN: It was harder work for Novak than the first, but he takes the second set with a service hold to move within one set of the quarter-finals.
DJOKOVIC 6-2 5-4 GARIN: And there it is, the break finally comes for Djokovic and he’ll serve for the set after the change of ends.
DJOKOVIC 6-2 4-4 GARIN: All square again on Centre Court.
DJOKOVIC 6-2 3-4 GARIN: Every single service game is tricky for Garin, and that’s even with Djokovic struggling to find his rhythm. A marathon of a game finally ends with a hold.
DJOKOVIC 6-2 3-3 GARIN: Novak bounces straight back.
DJOKOVIC 6-2 2-3 GARIN: It was an extremely short delay and the match resumes after only a couple of minutes. Djokovic threatens a break of serve by taking it to deuce, but Garin holds his nerve.
DJOKOVIC 6-2 2-2 GARIN: We have a rain delay. The umbrellas pop up around Centre Court and we pause briefly.
DJOKOVIC 6-2 2-2 GARIN: You have to admire Djokovic’s consistency. There can surely have been nobody in the history of the game who makes so few mistakes.
DJOKOVIC 6-2 1-2 GARIN: Djokovic takes Garin to deuce with another display of relentless returning, but he survives on this occasion. It’s better from him in this second set, less of a walkover at least.
