Nicky Catsburg has his sights on a podium finish at WTCR Race of Netherlands, his home rounds of the WTCR – FIA World Touring Car Cup presented by OSCARO, today.
Catsburg finished as the leading Dutch driver in Race 1 yesterday, taking his BRC Hyundai N LUKOIL Racing Team team entry to P10. He starts the final day of the Jumbo Racedagen weekend aiming higher.
“I finished in P10, so quite happy with the way the car performed,” said Catsburg. “Hopefully I can be in the top 10 and maybe with the reverse grid in Race 2 I can score a podium. But it will not be easy.”
Second Qualifying gets underway at 08h00 local time with the 12-lap Race 2 due to start at 13h15.
