I do not confirm the arrival of Mathieu Debuchy but it is a possibility we are exploring and are hoping for.

BAYERN JOIN BLUES IN HUNT FOR YOUNGSTER: Apparently Bayern Munich are in the race to sign Bologna midfielder Amadou Diawara. The 18-year-old had previously attracted the interest of Chelsea, but the Germans are believed to be the frontrunners for a summer deal.

IMBULA UPDATE: Stoke boss Mark Hughes has confirmed that the club hope to clinch a deal for midfielder Giannelli Imbula.
He's travelling as we speak and we hope to get it done today.
He also discussed a potential deal for Saido Berahino:
We've been mentioned how we might be in the market for a West Brom player but they've been consistent in their message (he's not for sale].

PARDS WANTS TERRY: Alan Pardew has joked (we assume) about bringing John Terry to Crystal Palace in the summer. Good luck with that one...
I've bumped into John Terry on occasion and asked him many times to join me. He always sniggers at the suggestion. Of course I will ask one more time. I'm sure I'll bump into him again and ask the question.

BERAHINO UPDATE: West Brom expect Saido Berahino to be at the club tomorrow, assistant boss Dave Kemp has confirmed (Tony Pulis is busy, presumably with other transfer business).
Saido picked up a slight knock in training but we are hoping he will be fit for tomorrow. He is in the squad for tomorrow's game (against Swansea) would expect that, I haven't heard anything different and I expect him to be around for the rest of the season.

TEIXEIRA DEAL UNLIKELY: Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp does not seem to expect any incoming transfers today, which means no Alex Teixeira until the summer at least...
I don't think something will happen in terms of incomings.

AU REVOIR, FLETCH: Looks like Steven Fletcher is indeed heading to Marseille until the end of the season (when his contract expires anyway). But does that mean Michy Batshuayi is off somewhere before the window shuts?

DONE DEAL: Another expected move now confirmed, Alex Pritchard has left Spurs for West Brom on loan. A step up for the midfielder, after impressing at Brentford last season.

BERAHINO UPDATE: Important news this, as the BBC reports that the weather up north is windy enough that helicopters and small aircraft will likely be grounded. So if Berahino is to go to Newcastle, they will need to allow extra time for him to travel by conventional means....

MORE ON GUARDIOLA: Our full story is here, as Manchester City confirm a summer managerial shake-up.
I finish here on the 30 June. There's been lots of speculation, nothing done behind me but I don't think it is good to have the speculation so that is why I told the press and the players.
